Robyn Holland, PA-C

NCCPA Board-Certified Physician Associate | Approximately 25 Years of Emergency Medicine Experience

Born in Tehran, Iran, and raised in Northern Virginia, Robyn Holland, PA-C, has spent much of her life connected to the communities she now serves through OnCall Telemedicine.

After growing up in Northern Virginia, Robyn attended Virginia Tech for her undergraduate education before earning her physician assistant degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

An NCCPA board-certified Physician Associate with approximately 25 years of emergency medicine experience, Robyn has spent her career caring for patients with a wide variety of illnesses, injuries, and complex medical conditions. Her extensive clinical background provides the foundation for thoughtful medical decision-making, practical treatment recommendations, and recognizing when patients require a higher level of care.

From Emergency Medicine to Accessible Healthcare

Throughout her career, Robyn witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for people to access timely medical care.

Today, Robyn and her family live on Maryland's Eastern Shore, where her husband is a farmer and their family enjoys life in a rural agricultural community.

Living in a farming community has given Robyn a personal appreciation for the challenges faced by rural families, working parents, and individuals who may live far from convenient medical services.

She understands that seeking medical care isn't always as simple as scheduling an appointment. For many people, it means taking valuable time away from work, arranging childcare, traveling long distances, or finding transportation.

For older adults who are homebound, people without reliable transportation, and families balancing demanding work schedules, these barriers can make even routine medical care difficult to obtain.

Robyn founded OnCall Telemedicine with one central mission: to make experienced, personalized healthcare more accessible to the people who need it.
