Seasonal Allergy Express

Seasonal allergies can make you miserable — especially when over-the-counter medications aren't giving you enough relief.

Our providers can review your symptoms, current medications, medical history, and treatments you've already tried and recommend a treatment plan to help get your allergies under control.

When appropriate, prescription allergy medications may be sent electronically to your local pharmacy.

How Seasonal Allergy Express Works

    Tell us about your symptoms

    Complete a short online medical questionnaire describing your symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, and treatments you've already tried.

    Your provider reviews your visit

    A licensed medical provider will review your information and message you through the secure patient portal to discuss your treatment plan and answer any questions.

  3. 3

    Get your treatment

    If medication is appropriate, your prescription will be sent electronically to your local pharmacy.

Prefer to talk face-to-face? If you'd like a video visit, simply let your provider know during your review and we'll be happy to connect with you.

When Seasonal Allergy Express May Not Be the Right Visit

Some symptoms may require a different type of evaluation. Please seek urgent or emergency medical care for:

  • Trouble breathing or significant shortness of breath
  • Swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat
  • Severe wheezing
  • Fainting or severe dizziness
  • A rapidly worsening allergic reaction

If your symptoms appear more consistent with an infection, asthma flare, or another medical condition, your provider may recommend a different evaluation.

Would highly recommend Robyn to any family who needs kind, compassionate, responsive, and superior care. I feel heard, as a mother, which is sadly very rare when engaging with the healthcare system. Telehealth is so convenient when you have kids and you need someone in the medical field to hear your concerns, lay "eyes" on your child, and to share expert advice/concerns. It’s a great option for illness that can be treated at home. It can also be a perfect first step for illness or injury that needs hands-on medical care, especially if you're not 100% sure if dragging your entire family to an expensive doctor visit or ER trip is necessary. I will definitely use On Call Urgrnt Care again. I was out of town and needed to see a dr. I found this service. I made an appt for the next day and the Dr. Msgd me and asked if I wanted to go ahead and have the visit instead of waiting until the next day. So thats what we did. It was so quick and easy. Not even a 5 min phone call. I was able to text any questions I had to the Dr. & her response was quick. She called in my script and it was done.
